Many thanks indeed once more! It would be very useful to show this to the colleagues interested in forming a new company in a meeting at Craig y Nos Castle, using a laptop. This is scheduled for January (www.craigynoscastle.co.uk, you probably know it). I propose that we use the term “energy from spacetime” or Space Energy and proceed to systematically explain all successful devices with ECE. The key strategic aim is to get them licenced for full scale production as quickly as humanly possible. To do this the devices must meet industry standards as you know, and so must obviously be reproducible and repeatable. If this is done any theoretical objections (of abstruse string theoreticians and obsolete scientists such as ‘t Hooft) become wholly irrelevant to progress, and the younger theoreticians would be keen to try to explain them using ECE theory and developemnts thereof. This is akin to the development of electricity following the 1831 experiemnts of Faraday on induction, generator and dynamo. No one would have attempted in thosd days to explain Faraday’s experiments with phlogiston.

Cymundeb Mawr (Mawr Community) is part of Swansea County and is mainly made up of a very rare and most beautiful ecology and landscape - ten thousand year old moorland - and the villages of Craigcefnparc, Felindre and Garnswllt, the Chapels of Gellionen (listed 1692), Baran (1805), Gerazim (1801), Salem (1777), Elim and Pantycrwys, and chapels of Felindre and Garnswllt. There are no churches. So it is a nonconformist area, indeed about 130 people emigrated from this area to Pennsylvania to help found the United States of America. About 40% of the people have Welsh as their first language and the graziers have rights against Beaufort which can be tested in Court. The graziers have voted unanimously against the development as you know. The first line of defence is the Swansea County Council, whose own by-laws state that the moorland and grazier rights must be repected by law. Therefore in tearing the landscape to pieces, Beaufort is obviously violating these by - laws. The second line of defence is the Welsh Assembly, which should be lobbied strongly against the development, the third line of defence is to complain to the Police and ask for a criminal investigation of Beaufort and Shrewsbury-Rowlands. The final line of defence is Court Action to obtain a Court Injunction to stop Beaufort. This can be fought to the House of Lords, delaying him for years to give time for further defensive measures against him. All loal M.P’.s adn Councillors are fully aware of the situation so their actions and effectivness are under close observation by their constituents. It is obvious that a Parliamentary Land Act is needed to remove all aristocratic and absentee landlord rights in Wales, to return Mynydd y Gwair to the People of Wales, and to protect, and its historic chapels, it very carefully as part of the Brecon Beacons National Park. If criminal courruption of this type is allowed to go on, the National Park itself is the next target. Beaufort no longer has a seat in the House of Lords and has no power. His claim to the land is dubious because of grazier rights to the same land, an should be tested in Court.

The anon harasser this morning has been blocked now, but it is to be noted that he failed to address any point of science or point against wind power, preferring a personal attack on me. I am quite used to this - it has been going on for fifteen years. I made several scientific points as you requested, gave all due scientific references, politely explained that there is a language in Wales that is different form his, and gave a brief history of some of the great contributions that Wales has made to radicalism and socialism. Thsi was returned by gutter abuse, comapring Wales with a tinpot dictatorship, and repetition of malice that as you all know, has been scientifically and meticulously shown to be complete fraud. I gave a comparison of merits of the British Civil List and Nobel Prize procedures. The former is much the more democratic procedure. So quoting a bitter, sarcastic old laureate like ‘t Hooft is not an argument. I think that you are right - the Green Party is indeed malicious and I advocate more strongly than ever that wind turbines be denied all planning permission. I go for a walk on the moorland every day, and even bikers tear it to pieces, so it is eitehr a sea of mud or a dustbowl, as most of you know. I grew up here as most of you also know, and fifty years ago it was perfect to walk on. I have now blocked the harasser electronically. I will continue to give advice to the Green Party as you request - but will broadcast replies only if they are sensible and not crudely contemptuous of the People of Wales. if they are contemptuous I will either block or reply entirely in Welsh. Let them translate.

Subject: 75(2) : Relation of the London Moment to the Tetrad

The London and gravitomagnetic moments are related to the tetrad through paper 55, which defines the angular momentum as the tetrad within a scaling factor J(0). The torque is defined in that paper as the Cartan torsion within a factor cJ(0). So the London moment and gravitomagnetic moment in ECE theory are also tetrads within a scaling factor - eJ(0) / (2m). As such the moments obey an ECE wave equation in which the eigenvalue is kT, which in a well defines limit goes to m (graviton) c / h bar. This moment is then related to the spin and orbital torsion vectors which combine to give the gravitational equivalent of the Faraday Law of induction. This will be the theme of notes 75(2).

Subject: Book by A. D. De Bruhl, “The Ultimate Truth”

This is published by 1st World Publishing in softback (Oct. 2006, www.amazon.com). Its main Thesis is the replacement of crass and ignorant politicians by intellectuals. This is not a new idea of course, it goes back to Jean-Jacques Rousseau for example, “man is born free and is everywhere in chains”, and to Isaac Newton and the Levellers of the seventeenth century, from which I derive my views. The book has a five star rating and describes unified field theory and ECE theory among several other topics of interest. The main figure of the Levellers was John Lillburne, an officer of the New Model Army imprisoned for his views both by Charles Stuart and Oliver Cromwell. Philip Jones of Felindre was Governor of Swansea and a Minister of the Commonwealth. The Levellers wished to introduce a constitution at Putney which gave universal male suffrage, and limited terms of politicians of any variety to one year. They wished to abolish the Monarchy and House of Lords and to introduce several other reforms. These were crushed by Cromwell, and later by teh restoration. Even now we are still plagued people who are self serving and do not serve the People. The US Constitution was based on the Leveller Constitution. Closely similar to the Levellers were the Anabaptists and Quakers. Out of this tradition came the democratic socialist tradition in Wales. The first Labour M.P. was Kier Hardie, elected for Merthyr Burroughs. The Liberal tradition in Wales was exemplified by Lloyd-George, who was responsible for the first old age pension, and national insurance, and for the Parliament Act curbing the power of the House of Lords. The National Health Service was introduced by Aneurin Bevan, who started life at the age of twelve as a coal miner. Apparently Green Party (whatever) confuses Wales with Cuba and Chile, these are among the most savage dicatorships in history. I know that because of my tiem with Amnesty International. So Green Party (Arbitrary Verbalese ) is a joke.

Subject: Top Ten Papers

Many thanks to Mr Kerry Pendergast, science master at West Monmouth School Pontypool, for suggesting the selection of the top ten papers. I selected these out of about seven hundred publications and they are intended to give a brief overview of my main contributions to science. They are chemical physics papers, my predecessors on the Civil List in chemical physics were John Dalton, Michael Faraday and James Joule. Oliver Heaviside was a mathematical physicist and electrical engineer. James Ivory and John Couch Admas were mathematicians, William Herschel and George Airy were astronomers, Robert Brown was a botanist. Mary Fairfax-Sommerville and W. H. Denning were writers of science. Cromwell Fleetwood Varley was an electrical engineer. These are the Civil List scientists and similar from Britain. Poets on the Civil List include Byron, Wordsworth, Tennyson, W. S. Graham and Vernon Watkins. They must all be appointed by Parliament, democratically, so the appointment is not an arbitrary one by a small group of people. I think that this is what Jean-Paul Sartre objected to in regard to the Nobel Prize in Literature, which he refused. Similarly, Boris Pasternak. Many leading British intellectuals have refused honours for the same reason. These include Michael Faraday, who refused a Knighthood but accepted a Civil List Pension because the latter is democratic (has to be voted in by Parliament).

This should be based on coal, its natural reserves. When the new form of energy advocated on www.aias.us becomes available it would supplement coal, and hopefully phase it out. Existing wind trurbines would be dismantled. As a US citizen I advocate a Welsh Republic with its own immigration policy that would require all residents to be bilingual - the first language of the Republic would be the Wlesh language, not the English language. Uncontrolled immigration of outsiders would be very strictly controlled. This would be similar to the immigration policy of the U.S. So outsiders such as Green Party (England in disguise) would be expected to begin correspondence in the Welsh language, with sufficient politeness and respect towards a Welsh citizen. The defence of the Welsh Republic would be closely coordinated with the US, and would include nuclear capability. Wales’ natural ally is the USA. Nuclear energy however, would not be used. This is the only way to stop the destruction of the Welsh language and culture by outsiders who do not have elementary social skills or knowledge, for example Beaufort or Green Party (England after all). If sufficient respect is shown towards a citizen of Wales, it will be returned in the accepted diplomatic manner. Gutter talk will be met with derision.
