This is part of a cywydd in praise of Ifor Hael (Ifor the Generous) which is a symbol and expression of optimism for the future of Wales. It is by the court poet Dafydd ap Gwilym from the well known book by Sir Thomas Parry, whom I met as a freshman at Aberystwyth just before he retired and Sir Goronwy Daniel took over as Principal.

Subject: Rebuttal of Document by F. W. Hehl of Koeln (Cologne)

I reckon that this has been read 578 times on _www.aias.us_ (http://www.aias.us) alone, with no scientist giving any support for Hehl at all: Feb. 47; March 171; April 128; May 70; June 162. Therefore the profession has declared unanimously, on the twin pillars of geometric logic and the scientific method, that the current process at “Foundations of Physics” is null and void, it is thoroughly meaningless, Hehl has been professionally rebutted, there is no point in trying to cover up the rebuttal, no point in having journals whcih try to do this in the face of the entire profession. The logic of the rebuttal is watertight in the objectively measured opinion of the profession. The editor, G.’t Hooft, has made a public ad hominem attack on the British Civil List scientist, and has broken his promise of a fair right of reply. My rebuttal was submitted and ignored, not sent to referees. It is known that his predecessor, van der Merwe, was subjected to a vicious campaign of harassment by the very same people who are trying to deny the existence of the rebuttal. So the profession is effectively calling for the resignation of G. ‘t Hooft as editor of “Foundations of Physics”, because he is so biased so as not to allow a reply that has been accepted by the entire profession. F. W. Hehl has also been thoroughly rejected by the profession, and should also now resign as an editor of “Annalen der Physik”, because he has quoted a known harasser without quoting my replies. Hehl’s views are now in teh process of being forced into print in “Foundations of Physics”. This will not in any way mend the flawed logic and errors in Hehl’s work. The harasser quoted by Hehl is the same as pounded van der Merwe, the universally respected former editor of “Foundations of Physics”. Harassment is obvious criminality. The editors of “Physica Scripta” have also effectively come in for severe professional condemnation, judging from these figures and the number of times my PS rebuttals have been read, without a word of criticsim, by essentially the entire profession. It is futile to argue that these figures mean nothing, that is like arguing that an electorate means nothing. To dictators, an electorate DOES mean nothing. Standard model physics has clearly had its day, and ECE is clearly a new school of thought. So AIAS has an overwhelming professional mandate to continue with its work, unmolested, and to ignore the machinations taking place at “Foundations of Physics”. Paper 85 sevrely criticises the claims of standard model QED, and the method of renormalization. Paper 85 is again intensely read by essentially the entire profession.

If you click on the Omnia Opera in www.aias.us there are five reflectivity papers there, this theory can be developed into a new type of spectroscopy for metals, they are nos. (195), (207), (209), (220) and (221) in 1986. This was published in J. Applied Physics, Chem. Phys. Lett., and J. Molecular Liquids. The method was developed for liquids and near the Brewster angle but we could not do any experimental development due to gross administrative ineptness at Bangor (see source documents). I did forge a Covenant between Prof. Costa de Ribeiro of Univ. Rio de Janeiro and UW Swansea, again destroyed by the same kind of appalling administrative weakness (Swansea in 1986). I emigrated to the US in Oct. 1986 and was naturalized a US citizen in 2000. We are gradually assembling the complete Omnia Opera, the next batch scheduled to be posted will be the first forty two papers and my Ph. D. and D. Sc. Theses distributed last week. A new batch of 600 pages is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, and I will also scan and distribute these. After i tis Complete it will be possibel to read any paper from www.aias.us. Agreed with this - it might be possible to numerically determine the functional dependence of r on r(vac), so there is only one variable:

r (vac) = function of r,

r + r(vac) = r + function of r

then the transformation to R can be made from r. On the experimental side it might be a good idea to base a modern circuit on the Tesla design, using the theory to help guide the design. It is clear that literally tens of thousands of corporation have looked at our papers 63 and 85 - off _www.aias.us_ (http://www.aias.us) and _www.atomicprecision.com_ (http://www.atomicprecision.com) . So I am hoping for a cooperative international effort from the corporations, at least in the initial stages, then each can do its own patents for its own special manufacturing purposes. This sems a better strategy than reliance on one inventor or a small group of inventors.

There is no hurry with this or any paper, we should take the time to do a good job adn teh AIAS and myself are always most grateful for your interest and voluntary work in your own spare time. It should be up to Governments really to fund really innovative work because that is what they always say they are doing.

I think the numerical section of paper 87 will contain two parts: discussion of analytical solutions for eq. (7) of note 2 and numerical solutions for the resonance equation (20) of note 6. Meanwhile I realized that I had made a sign mistake in the interpretation of the eq. (7), I fully agree to your additional comments you made in the email. In notes 5 and 6 you made the coordinate transformations

kappa1 (r + r(vac)) –> exp(i kappa1 R1) and kappa1 (r + r(vac)) –> exp(i kappa1 R1+ R(vac))

In the second case it is unclear for me how R(vac) should be determined. It would be more plausible for me to use the first transformation. I will look how to incorporate this into the code I programmed for paper 63. Because one has to make the inverse transformation to insert the function phi into the SE, this may take some time.
