This is the completed Section 5 of review paper 100. There will be nine sections in all in the main paper, with several technical appendices and equation flow charts. Previous sections already distributed can be found on the blog, together with comprehensive background notes. I anticipate that the paper will be finished in about a week or two weeks. It can be typeset in any format, we usaully typeset in TeX (see papers 1 - 70 on _www.aias.us_ (http://www.aias.us) ).
