Also, Horst reminds us of the unification principle of ECE theory - thinking more about this, doesn’t this imply that gravitational waves have to exist within ECE theory (in some form or shape)? I recommend graphing equations (5), (6) and (7) with a time dependent spin connection:

So the ECE explanation is completely original and very simple, the spin connection T / R changes slightly with time. This means that universal gravitation is changing slightly with time, as seen in the Pioneer anomaly of the solar system. In binary pulsar the effect is hugely amplified over that in the solar system. This means in simple terms that Newton’s laws evolve slightly with time, as do the ECE laws of general relativity, du eto a time dependence of the spin connection, a dependence which is found experimentally. As you know we used the same spin connection in paper 63 in a different context of electrodynamics. The EH laws are incorrect becasue they do not obey the Bianchi identity. The ECE laws obey the Bianchi identity.
This is also evidence for the ECE principle that the laws of dynamics and electrodynamics have the same origin, because orbits are governed by the above equation, both Newtonian and relativistic.

Yes - good point, time delays will also change slightly, as will light deflections, Lense Thirring effects, and perihelion advances. Also the new predictions of ECE such as polariztaion changes in the Joddrell Bank double binary pulsar will also evolve. All propertes of light are affected in ECE by gravitation. Thsi has actually been observed already.The unification principle indeed means that there are gravitational waves in ECE, the Lemma means that spacetime itself is wavelike. So if these huge detectors find something it confirms the unification principle of ECE. The expense is enormous but still small compared with something like a missile cruiser or submarine. Humankind has to decide as ever on peace or warlike activities.
