Many thanks, does this paper have specific measurements of angle change in polarization? We could then fit that result with one of our previous papers on light polarization angle changes using dielectric ECE theory. Any such polarization data from any type of star would be interesting. In other words ECE predicts in a simple way that gravitation changes the polarization of light grazing a heavy object such as a white dwarf, e.g. from circular to elliptical.
