Subject: General Strategy

The general strategy in the development of ECE theory is to proceed on a broad front encompassing pure and applied science, engineering and manufacturing. I hope to be able to develop the ECE theory in several further volumes of “Generally Covariant Unified Field Theory” and also by using the immediacy of our world leading website publishing system. The quality control in our website publishing has established this world leading impact. In addition, educational articles and books have been developed, and companies formed. A film will soon be available on the ECE theory, produced by Francesco Fucilla and directed by Jack Iandoli: “The Universe of Myron Evans”. I am an inductive scholar, so always seek new things in my publications. Critical scholarship is also valid, and in this respect, the gravitational theory of the twentieth century has been deconstructed, and found to be geometrically erroneous. This is valid critical scholarship, and inductive scholarship has produced the ECE equations of motion and the ECE engineering model. Code for integrating the latter has been developed at the Alberta Research Council in Canada, and a network of ECE engineers formed. It is imperative to obtain new forms of energy, and ECE has been recognized as a world leader in this respect. An important aspect of our work is, as ever, computational. The computer has been used in my research work from first year postgraduate (1971). On a broader societal front I intend to press for reform measures in science and education. Although Kerry Pendergast concentrates excellently on the positive in his biography, much reform needs to be done, as ever in any society. Illegal, immoral, or petty conduct in publicly funded science cannot be tolerated by history or by law, and the basic rights of people within the EEC are protected by law by the five protocols of the European Convention on Human Rights. Mythology in science cannot be tolerated by logic, and those who ignore logic are not scientists. The ECE theory will simply develop without them. A fairer deal must be given to engineers and chemists, the expenditure of vast amounts of revenue on experiments of dubious or no value is unacceptable to society.
